Though Maxie was registered a Maltese, we suspect she is havanese and Bichon, but is one beautiful girl as you can see.
Maxie's owner could no longer keep her and left her with a petsitter. The petsitter couldn't keep her long term so she has turned to us to help her find a good home.
Maxie was born 4-13-2002, her weight is about 17 lbs (she needs to lose weight).
She gets along fine with my other dogs (though it took a while), she loves to get attention and I think would love to be an only dog, and she LOVES food and plush squeaky toys.
This little girl is very affectionate and would love nothing more than rolling on her back and having someone give her belly rubs forever.
The only problems are the backwards sneezes and has a little arthritis on the back hips.
Her foster is located in Louisian, but is willing to travel up to 100 miles or so to deliver her or meet someone half way.
